In four hours, The team picked up 21 large plastic bags of old and new trash from the banks of the creek behind McKinsey Park starting at the east culvert under Ritchie Highway. They also collected old tires, a wrecked bicycle and various pieces of larger debris. It was a good job!! McKinsey Park residents are grateful for the Clean up effort by the Scouts and helpers. It really needed it! The Scouts had a good time wading in the creek while collecting trash. McKinsey Park residents were happy to hear young voices ringing through the creek valley. It was a happy and productive effort. The Scouts will be back and we welcome them. |
| Saturday's clean up project was a huge success and proves what can be done by our Severna Park Community.. THANKS to Den 11 and Pack 994 of Severna Park and all participants for your help in cleaning up our streams! | ![]() |
